To be loved...is to be fed, walked, played with, called endearing pet names in high pitched ridiculous tones and tolerated with diarrhea...
To be doted upon...is to get puppy prozac for your diagnosed OCD, arthritis medicine for your stiff joints and senior citizen food that costs as much for one bag as a modest dinner out would cost for your two humans...
To be spoiled...is to receive 50% of a king sized bed with little protest while you squish other occupants to to one side...
To be "happy" is to burrow down under the covers at the beginning of the night and ever so gently and slowly wiggle your body back up so you can share a pillow with your male human !! (WHILE he is being squished to the edge of the king size bed...........
To be lucky is to be so very much more than simply accepted...but to be truly unconditionally loved.
