An epiphany.....

Ok...........so tonight I was sitting in a vibrant and exciting Bible study class where the Holy Spirit was being described.

The teacher said "Now what do we know about the personality and character of the Holy Spirit?" She went on to answer her question by referencing Galations 5:22."We know that the Holy Spirit is loving, joyful, peaceful, patient, kind, good and faithful."

When she said that I thought to myself....."no, no, no wait I know that....those are the FRUITS of the Spirit." and then the realization s l o w l y dawned upon me that it was one in the same............and presto....voila...God's personality and character became one step more real to me. In an instant, what was once a verse I memorized...and then traits I sought after, became a very tangible fingerprint of my God by which He could be easily recognized..

So if something is at you...nagging in your head...and what it's saying is not loving, joyful, peaceful, patient, kind, good and faithful, then turn your ear away because GOD ALMIGHTY doesn't act any other way!

PS Am I the only human on the face of the earth that didn't/doesn't know what edamame was/is?? If you don't check it out......it's one of God's green gifts!!!
