My Own Little Corner

My blog is dedicated to my mother Carol Kennedy Turcotte Smith. My mother was a woman deeply sewn in her faith in God. She laughed much, loved often, and lived light. Although she is with Jesus now, she left us a collection of poems that were published weekly in her local newspaper, it was her way of sharing her thoughts and feelings long before there was an internet. In this way we keep with her tradition honoring her with a second generation of writings and weekly ramblings.

Colossians 3:12-14

What a Great Visual For Me!!

In Colossians 3 the Apostle Paul tells us how to dress in a spiritual way to make a positive and loving impression on others. He tells us to "put on" tender mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, patience, longsuffering and forgiveness.

Over this, we are to put on love, unity, peace and thankfulness. Wow that is a lot of clothing every day!
